Nothing to complain about, the venue met requirements, 100% recommend it. The staff was very good and welcoming, always with a smile on face. The service was impeccable, we had a satisfactory breakfast.

The hotel was friendly and relaxed. Good location only 5 minutes walk to the centre. The pool area was well maintained, rooms were clean and we could see the lake from the balcony. Hotel will also book trips for you.

The location close to the city and Lake Garda but placed in the nature and very calm.Lovely pool-aerier . The first night the hotel held an Galla- dinner for only 32 EU/P.P. Very nice food and a pianist was plying nice music. The hotel has bikes, we had for free for one hole day. We could get our car into a closed garage (7 EU/day), which was very nice, as we had bought vine to bring back home.

Pool excellant gardens very good.
Food very disappointing.Aranged pick up from Verona never arrived had to take taxi.Distance into Garda whilst short was via a steep and relative dangerous road

Superb stay with beautiful views and really good service
The location is ideal, being just a few minutes' walk to the lakeshore and local restaurants. The service provided by the staff was great, always attentive and eager to help. The only downside was that I wished for a slightly more varied menu at dinner.

Expensive - not helped by the euro to Pound exchange rate.

The hotel is almost perfect. The rooms are very clean and spacious, well equiped, really nice - one of the best in italy we had. Would definetly get back. The hotel give you back 20% of paid greenfee in nearby golf club.
The italian stuff is special - the cleaning ladies do not respect the "do not disturb" sign. But it is Italy :) Others were really nice and helpfull.

The hotel's charming vibe and well-kept gardens were perfect. We explored the scenic pathways around Lake Garda, and the proximity to the town centre added to our adventure. The service was great, and the pool area was always clean and cute. Highly recommend it for a quaint escape.
One thing to keep in mind, however, was a slight issue we had when requesting drinking water for our room. The staff insisted on using tap water or buying it from the mini bar.
